Dear Readers,
How are all of you? I appreciate the emails and comments once in awhile. I thank you for the ones you’ve sent.
I’ve had a mostly normal week. Full of school and other activities that keep me busy. I don’t think, I had a day this last week that I didn’t bring school work home. I was the dishwasher last week and that seems to break up my day bad enough that I don’t get done. The snow didn’t help any.
I’ve used my camera more this week then I have in awhile. I was taking pictures of Molly, my dog. I only too about 3 or 4 but that’s a lot compared to what I have taken. I might post some pictures next week if I take enough good ones.
Molly has been spayed now and has all her shots. She went to the vet Thursday morning at eight. I was able to pick her up at five in the evening. I think she is mostly healed, since she doesn’t yelp when I pick her up or when she jumps up on the couch. I haven’t been able to get her to sleep in a cage yet. I’m going to go buy a crate this evening, so I can leave her in that while I’m gone. She likes to leave me “presents” because I leave her. I didn’t know this until Tuesday, but she does leave me a mess every time I leave.
I really am getting an itch to record someone in the studio again. I might record a few songs of my vocals even though no one wants to hear that. I will have to do it at the church since all the studio equipment is there. I think a fun thing to record would be Crystal doing the speech she’s preparing for tournaments. I might suggest it to her when she gets it down smoothly.
The computer I worked on the week before last is back already. I hope it isn’t a big problem I don’t really have time for a really time consuming fix. I don’t mind updating hardware but software seems to be the problem this time.
I guess, I’d better get off and go to the store.

Dear Readers,
I’m now the owner of a “two-year old” Min Pin Mix or a Miniature Pincher Mix. I can only tell you what the Crawford County Humane Society had on file about her. She is a female that much I have the knowledge to tell. She isn’t spayed but I signed an agreement I would within 30 days. She is the cutest dog. I have a few pictures. She is house broken and has a mild mannerism. So far she has slept a lot but I have found out she doesn’t like to be crated. She has escaped two times from a makeshift crate I put together. I don’t really think she would have to be in a crate since she isn’t destructive. She does a decent click recall every time I’ve tried it. The only fault I have found so far is she can’t seem to sleep without me being within eyesight.
I would like some prayer since I seem to have a lingering cold. I’ve had a cough for about two or three weeks now. I also need some prayer for my truck it isn’t starting since the battery is not working for some reason.
I went shopping for the first time all by myself since Mom went with me the last time. I hope, I got everything. I got stuff to make more soup. That is somewhat of a joke since I always have soup to eat that I keep made up. I really like soup but I need to get recipes for some different ones. I only have two kinds right now; some potato soup and some chicken noodle soup.
I got a new CD, Rush of Fools, that would be a great addition to any worship collection. They have some really nice vocal talent and great words. I heard of them on K-LOVE and The River. Those are both Christian radio stations in the area. I can’t wait until they release a new CD.
I lost my dress clothes in the flood back in the summer. I tell you this so you now know I don’t have a complete suit. I saved the shoes and hat, that I wore to Mary and Steve’s wedding, by putting them on top of my shelf. I attended Rick and Kate’s wedding Friday and I wanted to dress up a little. I bought a shirt before the wedding so I now have a “blue” shirt too. I also saw at the store today a pair of dress socks so I bought them. I only need dress pants and a coat, if I decide I need one.
Well, I better go now and make sure Molly isn’t tearing down the house.

P.S. Molly did fine while I was at church tonight with not making a mess.

Dear Readers,
I’ve had a long week. It was the first full week of school since Christmas break. I added two more subjects that were half year subjects. I spent most of the week behind and trying to catch up on work. I never really did catch up. Aunt Valerie was nice enough to move a few of the things to this week. I have two test tomorrow and I’m not looking forward to them.
I have now been living on my own a month. I’m starting to get used to the loneliness. I want to get a dog to help with that area. I am very glad that I know that I do know how to manage my money and supplies to last a month. I am very grateful for Aunt Valerie and Teresa for keeping me in supplies that I wasn’t experienced enough to buy the first month.
I’m going to relate a story about my purchase of a printer online. I did quite a bit of research and found a nice laser printer. I ordered it though a company working with Amazon. I noticed on there satisfaction comments that a few people had complained that the company had forgot to include something advertised as included. My printer was supposed to come with, four new toners, three color and one black toners. I received the printer in record time only about 48 hours. I set up the printer and found out that I could now join the complainers since they had shipped me a printer without a working black toner. All the color toners work but the black one doesn’t. I have one on order but if they had told me it didn’t work I would have ordered it at the same time.
Well, I guess I had better go on with my other stuff for tonight.

Dear Readers,
I’m wishing you all the best year ever. I will make this short since it’s past my normal bed time. I need to start getting back in a school routine.
I worked some today on finishing off the reading list for fall but didn’t quite finish it. I hope to finish it up tomorrow. I also worked at unpacking or organizing boxes that are piled in my living room. I will either repack them or move them for more storage. I have almost finished working though the basement. Crystal and I had much stuff stored down there after Carol’s death. I think, I have enough of it sorted though that I won’t go crazy.
I start school again Wednesday at ten a little break to get us started. We will have a library day and then start in for real on Thursday.
Well, I can’t think of anything else to say. Have a good year and stay out of trouble.
